Mary Jo Lawler, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Lawler has over 25 years of business management and consulting experience. Prior to joining Predicate Logic, her consulting experience included the County of San Diego Health and Human Services and Scripps Memorial Hospital McDonald Center. She has also coordinated the consulting services of a national employee assistance program with the United States Postal Service. Ms. Lawler was responsible for all high risk cases, return to work meetings, supervisory referrals and last chance agreements for employees in many San Diego companies.
Ms. Lawler holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling. As Co-CEO, she is responsible for the day to day operation of Predicate Logic's Finance and Human Resources departments.

James M. Lawler, President and Chief Technical Officer, CISSP
Mr. Lawler founded Predicate Logic in 1992 and has grown the company to $10 million. Prior to founding Predicate Logic, Mr. Lawler held senior management and technical positions in several companies including the Mitre Corporation and Jaycor. Mr. Lawler has 25 plus years of professional experience developing and managing advanced software projects. Mr. Lawler holds a B.S. in Mathematics from State University of New York and an M.S. in Astrophysics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and hold a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certificate. Mr. Lawler is a co-founder of the San Diego Defense and Space Technology Consortium and has served as a board member of the East County Economic Development Corporation, San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation, and the San Diego Defense and Space Technology Consortium.

Brian Mathis, Vice-President Information Technology Services
Mr. Mathis joined Predicate Logic in 2002 following a 20 year career in the Unites States Navy as a Submarine Communicator. He has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of Information Systems, Training, Personnel Management, and Project Management. Since joining Predicate Logic he has been assigned as the Project Manager for our Submarine Technical Support Team and as the Director of Submarine Communications. Prior to joining Predicate Logic, Mr. Mathis served in the United States Navy where he completed tours as a Communications Instructor, Squadron Communicator, and the Atlantic Fleet Submarine Force Radioman. Mr. Mathis provides technical management and leadership for all of Predicate Logic’s Information Technology including the Submarine Technical Support Team, Submarine Operating Authority Engineers, and Information Assurance Analysts.

Bruce Petrick, Vice-President, Government Services
Mr. Petrick has over 32 years of experience in U.S. Navy and Department of Defense C4I systems. He provides technical management and oversight of government services that include the design, development, implementation and life cycle support of systems. Mr. Petrick joined Predicate Logic upon retirement from the U.S. Navy submarine force after a 22 year career which included tours as the Navigations/ Operations Department Leading Chief Petty Officer on board USS Von Steuben (SSBN 632) and Strategic Communications Officer and Force Radiomen for the U.S. Submarine Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet. Mr. Petrick holds a M.A. Degree in Information Technology Management (GPA 3.96) from Webster University and a B.A. degree in Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) (GPA 3.9) from Webster University. Memberships include: Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) (Lifetime member), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Charleston Defense Contractor’s Association (CDCA) and Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business Administration.

Dave Sharak, Vice-President, Finance
Mr. Sharak joined Predicate Logic in October 2006, and has over 14 years experience as a Finance Professional in the DoD Government Contracting arena, holding a B.S. in Accounting and a Government Contracts Certification. Since joining the company, he has spearheaded many positive upgrades and other changes related to Predicate Logic’s overall financial practices and reporting; ensuring Government compliance and strengthening Predicate’s Finance and Accounting functions. |
