Djibouti - CJTF-HOA Support

PREDICATE LOGIC TASKED TO PROVIDE IT SUPPORT FOR CJTF-HOA SUPPORT
Predicate Logic, Inc. announced that it is has been selected to provide Information Technology (IT) support for the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) of the United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) in Djibouti, Africa. Predicate Logic will provide IT engineering and implementation services for CJTF-HOA in support of Operation Enduring Freedom – Horn of Africa (OEF-HOA). Services will be primarily conducted at the United States Naval Expeditionary Base located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.

Predicate Logic's engineers recently completed an on-the-ground site survey in preparation for providing comprehensive IT services for CJTF-HOA.

$182 million dollar Multiple Award Contract

Predicate Logic, Inc was recently part of the winning team for a $182 million dollar Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic’s Fleet C4ISR Services. N65236-10-D-5829 was awarded to Centurum, which we are a subcontractor under, and provides a vehicle for C4ISR ISEA services for SSC Atlantic Code 50 Afloat, shore and US Coast Guard systems. The contract is a 5 year contract (Base year and 4 option years) with 2 additional award terms authorized. This will provide a contract vehicle for Predicate Logic’s ISEA support of Code 55310, 55320, 55120 and other SSC-Atlantic codes through at least 2015 and potential 2017. The other Prime contractor on the MAC is L3.

- Breach of Fiduciary Duty (Against Maestas)
- Unfair Competition Including Violation of Business and Professions Code §17200 et. seq. (Against All Defendants)
- Misappropriation of Trade Secrets Including Violation of CC §3426 et. seq. (Against All Defendants).

Patent Case Settlement

Predicate Logic, Inc. v. Distributive Software, LLC., Case No. 01 CV 1951 alleged, among other things, that DSI infringed on U.S. Patent No. 5,930,798 has been settled. The terms of the settlement are confidential.

Predicate Logic's Patent Upheld by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit

Today the Patent Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, has overruled the lower District court of Southern California and reinstated every claim of Predicate Logic's very broad patent #5,930,798, or commonly known as TychoMetrics.
This has been a long drawn out infringement case against Distributive Software. President and Chief Technology Officer Jim Lawler stated that The Federal court's decision has validated the originality of the patent and has made the patent stronger than ever."

Predicate Logic's Norfolk Office Awarded City of Norfolk Contract
San Diego, California -- 8 September 2008
Today the City of Norfolk announced that the team that included Emerge Systems and Predicate Logic won an award under the "Cooperative Procurement Effort to Acquire Information Technology Support Services. "
The award was to "Provide information technology support services for the Cities of Norfolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Vriginia Beach, and the Norfolk Public Schools, the Norfolk Redevelopment & Housing Authority, Southeastern Public Service Authority and Hampton Roads Transit Authority."
