Predicate Logic awarded $38,369,264.47 contact for US Marine Corps for C4ISR Sustainment

San Diego, California – August 11, 2017 - The USMC awarded Predicate Logic $38,369,264.47 5 year contract to provide recurring CLS services of USMC C4ISR systems at garrison, deployed and shipboard locations worldwide. Predicate Logic will provide this support in Charleston, SC, Okinawa, Camp Pendleton, CA, and Camp Lejeune, NC.


Predicate Logic awarded $41,429,294.00 by US Navy for FSBS DIGITAL SYSTEMS TECHNICAL SUPPORT
San Diego, California – January 27, 2017 - The US Navy awarded Predicate Logic a $41,429,294.00 5 year contract to provide systems technical support services to SUBOPAUTH/LBUCS systems and site-specific SMEs for troubleshooting and repair of shore submarine IP based communications systems. Predicate Logic will provide onliste support in Naples, Italy, Yokosuka, Japan, Pearl Harbor HI and Norfolk VA.


PREDICATE LOGIC AWARDED $3.3M LITTORAL COMBAT SHIP CONTRACT
San Diego, California – 08 January 2015

PPredicate Logic won a $3.3M prime contract along with SRC as its subcontractor for Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), NAVSEA PEO SHIPS, and the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) to provide systems engineering services and engineering baseline maintenance support of the Surface New Construction shipbuilding platforms to include the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), and Auxiliary platforms.


PREDICATE LOGIC AWARDED $1.8M CONTRACT FOR THE ARMY WATERCRAFT SYSTEMS (AWS)
San Diego, California – November 2014

Predicate Logic was awarded a $1.8M contract for Army Watercraft Systems (AWS) Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Modernization Engineering Support. Predicate Logic will provide the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic (SSC-LANT) Integrated C4ISR engineering support for various AWS, Shipboard System and vessel classes.


PREDICATE LOGIC AWARDED $2.8M MARINE CORPS INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE RECONNAISSANCE ENTERPRISE CONTRACT
San Diego, California – August 2014

Predicate Logic was awarded $2.8M contract for the Marine Corps Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance-Enterprise (MCISR-E) Support Team (MST). Predicate Logic will provide I/II MEF (FWD) as well as Special Operations Task Force (SOFT), Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, and other places as appropriate in Helmand, Kandahar and Nimruz provinces and other adjoining provinces in the country of Afghanistan.


PREDICATE LOGIC AWARDED $5.8M INFORMATION SCREENING AND DELIVERY SYSTEM(ISDS) CONTRACT
San Diego, California – July 2014

Predicate Logic was awarded $5.8M contract to support the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) of the Information Screening and Delivery System (ISDS) installed on board all submarines and SOA Sites. Predicate Logic will provide Special Security Officer (SSO) Navy certified Trusted Agents (TAs) support for the ISDS.

PREDICATE LOGIC AWARDED $110M Production, Installation and In-Service Support (PII) CONTRACT

Predicate Logic was one of several companies awarded a contract under the Production, Installation, and In-Service Support (PII) Pillar Portfolio multiple award contract. The $110 million dollar multiple year award supports Predicate Logic's core services.


PREDICATE LOGIC AWARDED $8.5M SUBMARINE SHORE COMMUNICATIONS CONTRACT
San Diego, California – 08 November 2011

We are very pleased and proud to announce that Predicate Logic was awarded an $8.5M Submarine Shore Communications Contract on November 8, 2011. The contract was awarded by the Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic and it is the follow-on to the Submarine Shore Communications Support that Predicate Logic has been providing for the past 10 years. It is a base year contract with four option years.

Work will be performed in Norfolk, VA, Naples, Italy, Yokosuka, Japan, Honolulu, Hawaii and San Diego, CA.

Under this contract we will provide:

  • Troubleshooting and repair of shore submarine Internet Protocol (IP) based communications systems
  • Shore submarine communications systems development
  • Submarine communications system testing and evaluation
  • Submarine communications system sustainment
  • Integration and Configuration Management (CM) of multiple submarine communications products and capabilities
  • Training of site Navy personnel on all shore submarine communications systems

$800+ Million Dollar Multiple Award Contract
San Diego, California – 22 April 2011

Predicate Logic, Inc. was recently part of the winning team for an $800 million dollar Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for SPAWARSYSCOM’s Global C4ISR Installation Contract. N00039-11-D-0033 was awarded to VT MILCOM, which we are a subcontractor under, and provides a vehicle for Global C4ISR Installation services on surface, submarine, and shore commands world-wide. The contract includes a 3 year Base year and one two-year option. This will provide a contract vehicle for Predicate Logic’s Technical Support Team’s support of submarine and surface ship C4ISR installations through at least 2014 and potential 2016. The other Prime contractors on the MAC are AMSEC, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA; Lockheed Martin Services in Gaithersburg, MD; and Serco, Inc. in Reston, VA.

Djibouti - CJTF-HOA Support

PREDICATE LOGIC TASKED TO PROVIDE IT SUPPORT FOR CJTF-HOA SUPPORT

Predicate Logic, Inc. announced that it is has been selected to provide Information Technology (IT) support for the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) of the United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) in Djibouti, Africa. Predicate Logic will provide IT engineering and implementation services for CJTF-HOA in support of Operation Enduring Freedom – Horn of Africa (OEF-HOA). Services will be primarily conducted at the United States Naval Expeditionary Base located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.

$182 million dollar Multiple Award Contract
San Diego, California -- 01 August 2010

Predicate Logic, Inc was recently part of the winning team for a $182 million dollar Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic’s Fleet C4ISR Services. N65236-10-D-5829 was awarded to Centurum, which we are a subcontractor under, and provides a vehicle for C4ISR ISEA services for SSC Atlantic Code 50 Afloat, shore and US Coast Guard systems. The contract is a 5 year contract (Base year and 4 option years) with 2 additional award terms authorized. This will provide a contract vehicle for Predicate Logic’s ISEA support of Code 55310, 55320, 55120 and other SSC-Atlantic codes through at least 2015 and potential 2017. The other Prime contractor on the MAC is L3.

Predicate Logic's Patent Upheld by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
San Diego, California -- 3 Nov 2008

Today the Patent Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, has overruled the lower District court of Southern California and reinstated every claim of Predicate Logic's very broad patent #5,930,798, or commonly known as TychoMetrics. This has been a long drawn out infringement case against Distributive Software. President and Chief Technology Officer Jim Lawler stated that The Federal court's decision has validated the originality of the patent and has made the patent stronger than ever."

Predicate Logic's Norfolk Office Awarded City of Norfolk Contract
San Diego, California -- 8 September 2008

Today the City of Norfolk announced that the team that included Emerge Systems and Predicate Logic won an award under the "Cooperative Procurement Effort to Acquire Information Technology Support Services. " The award was to "Provide information technology support services for the Cities of Norfolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Vriginia Beach, and the Norfolk Public Schools, the Norfolk Redevelopment & Housing Authority, Southeastern Public Service Authority and Hampton Roads Transit Authority."
